About our diamonds
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is carbon in the same crystal structure as a mined diamond, with the same hardness and the same optical properties. The difference is where it was grown. We always describe our stones as lab-grown. Read more in Are lab-grown diamonds actually diamonds?
Are your diamonds certified?
Our stud earrings use IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, and each pair comes with IGI certification for both stones. Our tennis bracelet comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What color and clarity are your diamonds?
Our studs are D to F color and VVS1 to VS1 clarity. Our tennis bracelet is approximately F color or better and VS clarity or better. See diamond color and clarity explained for what the grades mean.
Will lab-grown diamonds keep their value?
Lab-grown diamonds generally do not hold resale value the way mined diamonds can, so we recommend buying them to wear and enjoy rather than as an investment.

What metal do you use?

What sizes do the stud earrings come in?
From 1.00 to 4.00 carats total weight (the combined weight of both earrings), in push-back or screw-back styles. See the stud size guide to compare sizes, or browse the stud earring collection.
What sizes does the tennis bracelet come in?

How do I care for my jewelry?
Clean it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, and store each piece separately. Our care guide has the full routine.
Orders and shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
How much is shipping?
In the US, standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more and $8 on smaller orders. Express shipping is $15. Our orders ship insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the United States and select countries. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and fees set by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Full details are in our shipping policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Email or call us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will work to make it right.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn and undamaged, with their original packaging, jewelry box and any certificate that came with them. Engraved, personalized and custom-designed pieces are final sale once production begins. Please read the full return policy and contact us before sending anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size or metal color?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order. Contact us if you would like help choosing.
Custom orders
Can you make a custom piece?
Yes. We design custom lab-grown diamond pendants, rings and earrings. Tell us what you have in mind on our custom jewelry page, and we will confirm the details and the timeline with you before production starts.
