Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Custom pieces are made to your specifications, and we will confirm the timeline with you before production starts.

US shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. It is $8 on smaller orders.
Express shipping is $15.

International shipping

We ship to the United States and select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, the UAE, Malaysia and many European countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the carrier used. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees set by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

Damaged, lost or incorrect packages

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email icevault.atl@gmail.com or call +1 (336) 757-0522 within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us and we will work with the carrier.
